Grants for Eco Innovation

Grants are available to help SMEs that have developed a product or service that has a low environmental impact, or a business process which achieves more efficient usage of resources and materials.

Products, services or process which are market ready will be supported with a match funded grant of up to £3,000 to help pay for pushing the product into the market and accelerating growth. To claim the full grant businesses will need to spend £9,667 or more.

What can the grant be used for?

Grants can be awarded for anything which can help promote a product or service, such as:

• Marketing and web development
• Trade shows
• Sales agents

Can I apply for a grant?

To be eligible for a grant, your organisation must:

• Be based in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes, Hampshire and Isle of Wight, Kent and Medway, Oxfordshire, Surrey or Sussex
• Have a prototype developed and tested for a product, service or business process that will result in a reduction in waste, water and energy efficiency or CO2 and that is ready to be brought to market
• Not be part of a franchise
• Employ fewer than 250 people
