Zebedee’s Lunch Box, a meals-on-wheels catering service for schools and nurseries, has saved thousands through reducing energy, water and waste at their premises near Lewes. Amongst other initiatives, they have installed a heat transfer unit, updated their lighting to more efficient models, fitted a waterless urinal and purchased a baler to bale and sell waste cardboard.
