Find out how businesses across the Gatwick Diamond are incorporating environmental best practice into their day-to-day operations.

Our keynote speaker Eliot Porter, from our host the Hilton London Gatwick Airport Hotel, will share how they have improved energy and water efficiency. We’ll also hear from Denbies Wine Estate, 3F EV and Baystar Energy.

This event is part of the Green Growth Platform events programme and being held in partnership with Crawley Borough Council and Gatwick Diamond Business.

New Case Study: Commercial & Industrial LEDs Screen-Solutions-LEDs

Screen Solutions of Peacehaven have replaced 17 screw-in metal halide lamps in their warehouse with retrofit ‘corn style’ LEDs. This reduced electricity usage per fitting from 400 Watts to 80 Watts, saving over 17,000 kWh and £1,800 per year. More LED case studies.

The 18,000 solar photovoltaic panels at Tangmere Solar Farm generate enough electricity to power more than 1,500 homes. The site was developed by Your Energy Sussex, a partnership between West Sussex County Council and Carillion, and built by Arun Construction Services.

Local projects compete for M&S Energy Fund

Working with Brighton Energy Co-op, the Big Lemon Bus Company hope to install solar PV on their bus depot to power their new electric buses.

In partnership with BHESCo, Hollingdean Community Centre are looking to install solar panels, LED lighting and roof installation. Who will you vote for?
