Case Study: AVERT Cuts Utility Bills by £2,500
Horsham based charity AVERT are tackling HIV and AIDs through worldwide education, treatment and care programmes. Reliant on donations, Office Administrator Martin Wood believes it is crucial to demonstrate that every pound received is wisely spent. Following attendance at a course by the Sustainable Business Partnership, they have reduced annual costs by £2,500 through reviewing and rearranging energy, waste and print contracts. Cars of the Future Passing through Sussex
Over 100 electric, hybrid, hydrogen and low emission cars will be on display at Madeira Drive in Brighton this weekend, before heading to Sussex Central College in Crawley and on to London.
