Sustainable Business Network

The Sustainable Business Network links like-minded, environmentally committed businesses to share ideas and build working relationships.

The Network was launched in 2009 and quickly grew putting on runs an exciting programme of learning and networking events, seminars and case study visits for businesses of all sectors and sizes.

Learning & Networking Events

We hold Sustainable Business Breakfast learning and networking events, each focusing on a different topic, such as energy efficiency, transport or green marketing, and including presentations from industry experts as well as case study businesses that have saved money and won new customers through improving their environmental performance.

With thirty to forty businesses typically attending, it is a great chance to meet the type of organisations you would want to do business with.

Case Study Visits

Case Study Visits provide the chance to see first-hand how other organisations are actively improving the sustainability of their operations; to see energy efficient and renewable energy technologies in place and learn how they engage staff and building users.

Also keep an eye out for our special (and always oversubscribed!) behind-the-scenes tours of energy, waste and water plants in Sussex and Surrey.

Who can join the Sustainable Business Network?

The Sustainable Business Network is for businesses from all sectors that are keen to learn how they can improve their environmental performance and cut their business costs, as well as those with an interest or who work in the low carbon or environmental sector.

Members included hotels, care homes, renewable energy installers, solicitors, retailers, insulation fitters, charities, construction firms, manufacturers…

Check out the Network Members Directory to see who’s involved and…
